PROGRAM

01^st Day- Tehran / Roudbarak

Arrive to Tehran international airport. Welcome meet by Sogol's representative in airport and transfer to hotel. Meet Sogol's mountain expert in hotel and depart  toward Rudbarak (Base camp in Alburz Mountain) by charter car (60 Km west of Tehran). Arrive Rudbarak and transfer to camp. Overnight in a simple lodge or sleep in your mountain-tent. The Lunch and Dinner will serve in Rudbarak.

02^nd Day- 3200 /4400 Meters height

Breakfast in Rudbarak. Meet porters and mules. Ascent to  camp about 3.200 meters height. After lunch You will climb to Lasgharak, Gordoon Kuh and Alam Kuh. Dinner by fast food and overnight in a simple lodge or in your tent. Map Alam-Kuh

03^rd Day- Roudbarak

Early wake up. Return to Rudbarak after breakfast. Arrive to Rudbarak. Lunch and dinner will serve in restaurant. Overnight in Rudbarak in a simple lodge or sleep in your tent.

04^th Day- Reineh/ Gusfand Sara 3300 Mt.

Early wake up. Breakfast. Depart from Rudbarak to Reineh “Base camp in Damawand “ 60 Km east of Tehran. Lunching by fast food. Afternoon you will ascent with porters and mules through South ridge to the hut of "Gusfandsara-3300 Meters height”. Arrive and overnight in the hut or in the tent at Gusfandsara. Dinner will serve by fast food. Map Damavand

05^th Day- Bargh’e Sevom (3^rd shelter 4000 Mt.)

Early wake up. Breakfast. Ascent with porters and mules to south west of mountain, 3^rd shelter "Bargah e Sewom", arrive and overnight in the hut or in your tents. Lunch and dinner will serve by fast food.

06^th Day- Top of Damavand (5671 Mt.)

Early wake up. Breakfast. Climbing to the Demawand top. Back to 3^rd shelter before noon. The day at your leisure. Overnight stay in your tent at 3^rd Shelter. Lunch and dinner will serve by fast food.

07^th Day- Reineh

Early wake up. Breakfast. Departure to return Reineh, Arrive at Reineh and overnight in simple lodge or your tent. Lunch by fast food and dinner will serve at restaurant in Reineh.

08^th Day- Tehran / Home Country

Breakfast. Depart to Tehran by car. Arrive at Tehran. Lunch will serve at a traditional restaurant in Darband “ Mountainous resort North of Tehran”. Afternoon transfer to Tehran international airport and the end of Sogol's Mountain program. Bon Voyage.
